My name is Joe Fisher. I'm a man in a skirt who loves to brew and share beer. I've been known to hug my fermenters and worry over them like a concerned parent. Homebrewing is a wonderful and rewarding hobby.
I've been an avid brewer since 2008. My hobby has grown into something of an obsession, from my first tentative 5 gallon batch on a stovetop, to 25-gallon batches in a custom-built electric brew rig. In these pages I'll be trying to document my progress and share any useful tips, tricks and information I've learned.
