My name is Joe Fisher. I'm a man. A man in a skirt. A man in a skirt who loves beer enough to brew his own at home. I've been known to hug my fermenters and worry over them like a concerned parent. Homebrewing is a wonderful and rewarding hobby.
With the help of my lovely wife, I've been brewing for over a year now and I learn something new every time. In these pages I'll be trying to document my progress and share any useful tips, tricks and information I've learned.
